Our place is in Hiran Magri Sector 11, right opposite the main gate of the Indian Oil Depot. If you've been around Sector 11, you've probably driven past us plenty of times. It’s a solid area with a lot of families living here. We focus mostly on this part of town because we know the streets and the blocks by heart after all these years. People come to us when they want to buy a plot or maybe rent a floor in a house. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the owners and the folks looking for a place to live. It involves a lot of waiting around for people to show up for viewings. Sometimes they're late, or they don't show at all, but that's just the nature of the business. We keep a simple desk with some files and a couple of chairs for visitors to sit in. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just know the local property market here very well. We help with the registration and making sure the titles are clear before any money changes hands. It’s important stuff that can get quite confusing for people who don't do it every day. The Indian Oil Depot is a good landmark for us. Most of our work comes from word of mouth from people who live in the sector. We just keep at it, day in and day out.
