Sarthak Property

Our office, Sarthak Property, is located at 16 Town Hall Road, right opposite the Town Hall Link Road. It’s a very central part of the city, so there is always a lot going on right outside our door. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. The office is a bit small and can get crowded when a few people come in at once. We handle a variety of property things, mostly residential houses and some small shops around the Town Hall area. Because it’s so central, we get all kinds of people walking in just to ask about prices or what’s available nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different sites to see what the condition of the buildings is. The noise from the traffic on Town Hall Road is constant, but you stop hearing it after a while. Our setup is very basic, just some desks and old filing cabinets. We aren't interested in being a big corporate firm. We just want to help local people buy or sell their properties without making it too complicated. Real estate involves a lot of documents and local rules, so we spend a lot of time making sure we have everything in order. The neighborhood has changed a lot, becoming much busier than it used to be. We just take each day as it comes and try to be helpful to anyone who stops by the office.
