You can find us at 213-B in Goverdhan Vilas, which is just a short walk from the main shopping center. Samer Property is a local business and we’ve been operating from this spot for a good while. The office is quite basic, nothing fancy at all, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people. We mostly look after houses and land deals in the Goverdhan Vilas area. Since we are so close to the shopping center, we see a lot of local people going about their day. We spend a lot of our time out on the streets, looking at different properties or talking to builders. It can get quite tiring when the weather is bad, but that’s the job. Back at the office, things are usually a bit disorganized with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don’t use any big marketing tricks. We just tell people what we know about the local market and help them with the buying or selling process. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for things to move forward. Goverdhan Vilas has grown a lot and we’ve seen plenty of new houses go up. We just try to keep up with all the changes. People know they can just drop by and have a chat if they are looking for a place. It’s a practical, local way of doing things and it suits us just fine.
