If you’re walking around Badi Holi, you’ll find us easily enough. We’ve been setting up tents and doing decorations for a long time now. It’s hard work, moving heavy poles and folding up all that fabric, but we’re used to it. The area is usually quite lively, especially during festival times. We spend a lot of our days loading things onto the trucks or cleaning up after an event is finished. It’s not always glamorous work, sometimes the weather makes it tough or things don’t go exactly as planned, but we figure it out. We have a lot of different stuff stored here, from basic tents to more colorful decorations for weddings and local parties. People from the neighborhood stop by to talk about their plans, and we just listen and tell them what we can do. We aren't a big corporate company with fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who know us or saw our tents at a neighbor's house. We just try to make sure everything is standing tall and looks okay before the guests arrive. Badi Holi is a good place for a business like ours because everyone knows the spot. We take things one day at a time, making sure the equipment is ready for the next job. It’s a lot of physical labor, but seeing a space transformed after we're done is always a bit satisfying.
