Mahi Associate

We are located in Hiran Magri Sector-11, specifically in unit 12 of the Apeksha Appartment. Mahi Associate is a small, local office right in the middle of a residential area. We don't have a big sign on a main road, so most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or those who have heard about us from friends. We focus on property deals within Sector-11 and the nearby parts of Hiran Magri. Our office is just a simple room in the apartment complex where we keep our papers and meet with people. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the busy main roads. We spend a lot of our time walking through the different blocks of Sector-11 to see what houses are being sold or which apartments are coming up for rent. We know which buildings are well-maintained and which ones aren't, which is just something you learn by being around for a long time. People often just drop by for a quick chat about the market or to ask for help with some property paperwork. We try to keep things relaxed and don’t follow any strict corporate rules. It’s just a lot of talking, looking at plots, and dealing with the usual local regulations. We keep all our records in simple folders and don't bother with anything too high-tech. Working out of Apeksha Appartment keeps us close to the properties we deal with, and that’s just how we like to run things here.
