Madhyam The Real Estate is located at 7-A Bapu Bazar. If you are looking for us, we are right above the Dena Bank. Bapu Bazar is always crowded, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it is a good central place to be. We have been working out of this office for a good while. The stairs up to the office are a little narrow and steep. Inside, we just have our desks and files where we keep track of the local real estate listings. Most of our day is spent talking to folks who want to move into the city or maybe sell their old place. We know the market here and the surrounding streets pretty well by now. It is not always easy work, especially when things get slow or prices jump around, but we stay at it. We are not a big fancy corporation, just a small team trying to get things done. When someone comes in, we sit down and look at what is available. We don't use a lot of big words or try to push anything on anyone. It is more about finding what fits for them. The bank downstairs is a good landmark if you are visiting us for the first time. We generally stay busy with the usual daily tasks of a real estate office in a very busy bazaar. It’s just how we do things.
