Kalika Real Estate

Kalika Real Estate is located at number 9 in the Trimurti Appartment complex over in Goverdhan Vilas. It is a quiet enough spot for an office, which is good because we have to focus on a lot of details. We have been working out of this apartment for a while now. It is not like those big corporate offices you see in the city. It is more like a home office where we handle all our business. We spend our days looking at property listings and talking to people in the neighborhood. Goverdhan Vilas is a nice area and we know the streets here pretty well. We do not use any fancy language or try to impress people with big words. We just tell it like it is. If someone is looking for a place, we show them what is available and tell them the truth about the price and the condition. It is a small operation, just a couple of us doing the work. We handle the paperwork, the site visits, and the phone calls ourselves. Sometimes it is a bit overwhelming when everyone calls at once, but we manage to get through it. We like the personal touch of being in a residential building. It makes people feel more comfortable when they come to talk to us about their homes or land. We just want to keep things simple and honest for everyone.
