We operate out of 23-B in Titardi, Sector-9, over in Gokul Village. It’s a bit further out from the main city rush, which is nice for us. It’s more of a residential feel here. We’ve been helping people with plots and houses in Gokul Village for a good while. Many people are looking for a bit more space or a quieter life away from the center, so they come looking this way toward Titardi. Our office is simple and functional. We have our files and we spend a lot of time on the ground, literally looking at pieces of land. We have to make sure boundaries are correct and that the paperwork is in order before we show anything to anyone. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun sometimes, checking fences and walls. We talk to the locals and find out who might be thinking of selling their family plots. It’s all about knowing the people in the village. We don't do big ads; we just talk to people. If someone needs a house, they eventually find us. We deal with all the basic real estate needs like buying, selling, or just getting a lease sorted out. It’s straightforward work that keeps us on our feet. We like it here in Titardi. It’s growing fast, but it still feels like a neighborhood where everyone knows each other and we can just do our business honestly.
