Happy Home Properties

We are located at 1/45 in the Goverdhan Vilas Housing Board Colony. This is where Happy Home Properties has been set up for quite a while. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s much quieter than the main city roads, which we quite enjoy. The office is actually part of the colony itself, so it feels very much like a home environment. We aren’t some big, polished company with a high-rise office. It’s just a simple room with some chairs and our files. Most of our visitors are people who live right here in the Housing Board Colony or nearby in Goverdhan Vilas. We know our neighbors and they know us. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us working together. Sometimes we spend the afternoon just chatting with people who drop by for tea. It’s a relaxed pace of life here. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or corporate language. We just tell people where we are and what we do. If you are looking for 1/45, it’s not too hard to find once you get into the colony. We have been here for years and plan to stay for many more. It’s a good place to work and be part of the community. Just a small, local business doing our best every day. We usually close up around sunset when the street lights start coming on.
