Galaxy Event Management

Our location is at Choti Brahampuri 49, right in the Hathipole area. If you know this part of the city, you know how narrow the lanes can be and how much history is packed into every corner. Galaxy Event Management is run out of a small building that fits right into the neighborhood. It’s not a modern glass office by any means. We have old wooden doors and a few rooms that are always packed with event supplies like curtains, lights, and stands. Working in Hathipole means we have to be very good at logistics because moving big trucks through these streets is a real challenge. We spend a lot of time walking around to meet with local suppliers who have been here for generations. Our team is small and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There is no corporate ladder here, just people helping each other out to get the work done. We handle the stress of planning so that the families we work for don't have to. It involves a lot of sweat and sometimes a bit of arguing with decorators to get things just right. We don't have a website with glossy photos; we mostly just rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s a simple way to run a business but it has worked for us so far. We are just part of the local fabric here at Choti Brahampuri.
