Ekadanta Propmart Private Limited

We are Ekadanta Propmart Private Limited, and we’re located on the second floor of the Apeksha Complex in Sector-11, Hiran Magri. Udaipur is a busy place, and this area is no different. You have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to our office at number 204. It’s a simple space where we keep our records and meet with people. Sometimes the elevator is out of order, so we get a bit of a workout. We’ve been here for a while, just working through the daily tasks of property management. The office gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon, which is nice but makes it a bit warm. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we sort through our files. It’s mostly just us handling the usual stuff—talking to landlords, showing apartments, and trying to keep our spreadsheets updated. We aren't a huge corporation, just a small team trying to stay on top of things. Hiran Magri has changed a lot lately, and we’ve seen new buildings popping up everywhere. We try to keep up with the changes as best as we can. Most of our days are spent on the phone or walking around the complex to meet someone. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. If you’re in the sector, you’ll find us right there in the middle of it all, probably busy with some paperwork and drinking some tea.
