Dharmraj Tent & Bister Bhandar

Dharmraj Tent & Bister Bhandar is right on the main road over at Rampura Chouraha. Most of our time is spent moving tents, carpets, and bedding for different events. It is physically hard work and we are always loading things onto the trucks or taking them off. The shop itself is mostly a place to store all the big rolls of fabric and the heavy metal poles we use for the structures. Since we are located on the main road, it is easy for the big vehicles to pull up right in front, which helps a lot. We provide things for weddings, small parties, or even religious gatherings. It is definitely not a glamorous job and we are usually pretty tired by the time we close up. The storage area gets dusty because we are moving things in and out all day long. We have been here at Rampura Chouraha for many years. People in this area know to come see us when they are planning an event at their house. We don't bother with a website or any online stuff. Usually, someone just stops their scooter outside and walks in to check if we are free on a certain date. We keep everything written down in a big book. It is a family business and we just keep it going as best as we can.
