Chouhan Property Dealer

We are Chouhan Property Dealer and we are located out in Bedwas. It is a bit different out here compared to the main city center, but we like the space. We have been dealing with land and houses in this area for a long time. People around Bedwas know us by name because we have been here so long. We do not have a fancy office with air conditioning and glass doors. It is just a place to sit and talk business. We spend most of our day out on our bikes or in the car, looking at plots and meeting people. It is a lot of manual work, checking boundaries and talking to owners. We do not do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just talking to each other. We know who is selling and who is looking to buy before most other people do. It is all about being part of the local scene here. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to be out all day, but that is just how it is. We keep our records in notebooks and on our phones. It is a very old-school way of doing things, but it works for us and the people we help. We are not trying to grow into some huge corporation. We just want to do right by the people in Bedwas and keep things moving along for everyone.
