Our office is located at 9/F on University Road in Adarsh Nagar. We’re right near Bekni Pulia, which is a busy spot. Chanchal Properties has been around this area for quite some time. We spend a lot of our day looking at houses and shops for people. Real estate is tricky, and the market goes up and down, but we just stay here and keep track of things. It’s a lot of walking around and showing places to families. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the local streets. If you need a place near the university or further out, we usually have a few ideas written down. The office isn't anything special, just a place to sit and talk. We get a lot of noise from the road outside. People stop in because they saw our sign or heard about us from someone else in Adarsh Nagar. It’s honest work. We try to be helpful when someone is looking for a new home. Dealing with landlords and buyers takes a lot of patience. Sometimes a deal works out, sometimes it doesn’t. We just take it day by day. You can find us near the bridge most afternoons. It's a convenient location for anyone living around University Road. We keep our files organized, mostly, though the desk gets messy during the busy season. It is just the way we work.
