Ashirwad Property is right in Udaipole, directly opposite the Udaipol Police Station. It’s a very easy place to find because of that big landmark. The area is always moving with people coming and going from the station and the nearby shops. Our office is small and very simple. We deal with real estate, mostly helping people buy or rent places around this side of the city. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors and a wooden desk that’s seen better days. The walls have a few maps pinned up with markers showing different plots and neighborhoods. It gets dusty because of the main road outside, so we are always wiping things down with a cloth. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who just walk in off the street to ask about prices. There is a tea stall nearby that brings us glasses of hot chai throughout the afternoon. We don’t use any fancy computer systems, just a lot of handwritten notes and a big paper diary. Sometimes it’s hard to hear over the sirens or the traffic, but we are used to it by now. It feels like we are right in the heart of the action here in Udaipole. We’ve been doing this for a long time, just connecting people with the right property. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local scene here. The police station across the way makes it simple for everyone to find us.
