Arena Event Management

Arena Event Management is located at the Hiran Magri Shopping Center, specifically at shop number 17. We don't have a big, fancy office with glass doors. It's a simple room where we keep our files and meet with people who are planning something. We mostly help out with local stuff like small weddings, birthday parties, or school functions. It's a lot of running around and making sure the decorators and the caterers show up when they are supposed to. We have been in Hiran Magri for a few years now and we like the neighborhood. We aren't those high-end event planners you see in magazines. We are just a small team of two people who know how to get things organized. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, like when the generator acts up, but we always find a way to fix it. We don't use big contracts with confusing words. We just talk to our customers and figure out what they want. Most of our work comes from people who saw what we did for their friends. We don't do much marketing. It is just about being there and making sure the event happens without too much trouble. We spend a lot of time on our phones and on the road. It can be stressful, but we like seeing the parties come together in the end. It is just us doing our job.
