Amarnath Property Services

Amarnath Property Services is based in H Block of Goverdhan Vilas, right in Sector 14. We have been in this particular spot for a good while, so most people around here know where we are. It is a regular office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and chairs where we sit and go over property details. We focus on the Goverdhan Vilas area because it is where we live and work every day. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, and we spend a lot of time making sure everything is done the right way. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees. It is just us and we handle everything ourselves. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We like the pace of Sector 14. It has a good mix of residential and business stuff going on. We do not use any slick sales talk or anything like that. If a house is good, we say it. If it has problems, we mention those too. It is better to be honest so people know what they are getting into. We just try to be helpful to the neighbors and anyone else who walks through the door in H Block. It is a simple life and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
