T V S School

T V S School has been a fixture in Tumkur for a very long time. Our address is simply Tumkur 572101, and most people in the town know exactly where we are located. The school is positioned in a way that makes it easy for students from the surrounding areas to reach us every day. It is a fairly large building with a big metal gate that we open early in the morning. We have many classrooms spread out across two floors. It is not the newest building you will see, but we make sure the walls are painted and the benches are in good repair. You will see the students in their blue uniforms walking down the narrow lanes leading to the school every morning. We do not have a lot of fancy computers or expensive technology, but we have enough books and chalk for everyone to learn. The staff room is always a bit cluttered with stacks of paper and old attendance registers. During the rainy season, the playground gets a bit muddy, so the children have to stay on the covered porch during their breaks. We do not spend much time on big decorations or fancy events. Most of the day is just spent in the classroom going through the textbooks. It is a very practical place. Parents know us as a local school where their children can get an education without any unnecessary fuss or high fees.
