St Josephs Residential School

We've been here at 5th Cross in Ashok Nagar for a good while now. It’s a busy part of Tumkur but inside the gates things are a bit calmer for the kids. Most people know us because we have students staying here day and night. It’s not just a place for books. Kids live here, they eat together, and they grow up around each other. We try to keep things organized but it’s a school, so there’s always noise and movement. The building isn't fancy or anything. It's just a solid place where learning happens. Sometimes the hallways get a bit crowded when classes change over. We spend a lot of time making sure everyone follows the schedule. Living at school is different than just coming for a few hours. It means the staff and the students see a lot of each other. We deal with regular stuff like homework and keeping the rooms clean. Tumkur has grown a lot since we started out. You can hear the city outside but we focus on what's happening right here in the yard. Parents come by on weekends usually. It gets pretty quiet then. We don't have a big PR team writing stuff for us. We just go about our business every day. Some days are long, especially during exam time. But that’s just how it goes in a residential setup. We're just a local school doing what we do.
