Papas Kitchen Private Limited

Our base is in the Choice Heights Apartments in Nandancode. We are in unit 10 B. It’s a central part of Thiruvananthapuram, near the Kowdiar P O. Papas Kitchen isn’t a big restaurant with a storefront and waiters. We operate more like a small, private setup. Most of our work happens right in the kitchen here. It can get pretty cramped when we have a lot of orders to get through. We started this because we liked cooking for people. It wasn't some big business plan. We just enjoyed the process and it grew from there. Nandancode is a quiet enough neighborhood but it’s close to everything we need. We get our supplies from the local markets early in the morning. Sometimes we are still working late at night when the rest of the building is asleep. We don’t have a big sales team or a polished image. We’re just real people who spend a lot of time around a stove. The apartment works for us for now. It keeps our costs down and lets us focus on the food itself. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook. If the food is good, people come back. That’s the only thing that really matters to us. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s a simple, honest way to work.
