Tvakshati Architecture

We are located on the ground floor of Swami Samarth Chs, right on Fire Brigade Road in Thane West. It's a convenient spot, just opposite the Dadojee Kondev Stadium. Our office is where all the planning happens, but we spend plenty of time out at construction sites getting dusty. Architecture is mostly about solving problems you didn't know you had until you started building. We deal with everything from the initial sketches to the final structural checks. It’s a lot of technical work, and we often have to explain to people why a certain wall can't be moved or why the plumbing has to go a certain way. Being near the stadium means it can get a bit loud on match days, but we’re used to it by now. We don't go in for all the corporate polish. Our workspace is full of rolled-up plans, site boots, and coffee mugs. We’re just a local firm trying to make sure the buildings around here are safe and look okay. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays with materials or labor, but we manage. We’ve been in Thane West for a while and have seen the city grow around us. We just keep doing our work, one project at a time, making sure the drawings are as accurate as we can get them.
