Architect Narayan & Associates Pte.Ltd

Our office is over in Shrirang Society, in a bungalow called Asauli. It is a bit different than working in a standard office block. Being in Thane West gives us a bit of a break from the main Mumbai chaos, though it is still plenty busy around here. Architect Narayan & Associates Pte.Ltd is basically a group of us who enjoy the technical side of building things. We do not spend much time on fancy talk. We mostly deal with the practical side of construction. People come to us when they need a plan that actually works on the ground. The bungalow has plenty of space, though it gets cluttered with samples of tiles and wood pretty fast. You will usually find someone arguing over a structural detail or checking the latest regulations. We have worked on a lot of different things over the years, from small renovations to bigger structures. We do not have a specific style that we force on everyone. It is more about what the site allows and what the person paying for it actually needs. Some days are just spent doing mundane paperwork for the municipal corporation, which is just part of the reality of this job. We like the neighborhood here; it is quiet enough to actually think. If you come by B 91/2, you will see we are just a regular team doing our daily work. It is not glamorous, but we take the drawings seriously because people have to live in these spaces eventually.
