Our setup is based in the Wagle Estate area of Thane, specifically in the Rama Madhav building within Shree Nagar. Wagle Estate is known for being a bit more industrial and commercial, so there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. We are in unit 1/B/7, which is a modest space where we handle all our architectural stuff. It isn’t some high-rise office with a view; it’s a ground-level or low-floor spot that feels very much a part of the local streets. We have a lot of files stacked up against the walls because we've worked on quite a few things over the years. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we just keep the fans going. Most of the time, you’ll find us arguing over a specific corner of a floor plan or trying to fix a printer that’s acting up. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We have simple desks and chairs that have seen better days. People from the nearby industrial units often drop by to ask about minor changes or just to say hello. It’s a very grounded way to work. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when a deadline is approaching. Thane is a busy city, and being in Shree Nagar puts us right in the thick of it. It’s a practical workspace for people who actually like the grit of construction and design. We just focus on the drawings and getting things done.
