We’ve been over here at the Kalyan Ashirwad building for quite a while now. It’s right near Birla College in Kalyan West. Most people know the area pretty well. We are on the first floor, unit 102. It's a busy spot but we like it. We do architecture work mostly. People come in with ideas for houses or offices and we try to put those onto paper. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit down with blueprints and computers. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the rolls of paper lying around. We handle the drawings and the planning stuff. There are a few of us here. We deal with the local builders and folks looking to fix up their properties. It's practical work. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. If you're looking for the M.I.G. building, it's fairly easy to find once you get toward the college. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep doing our thing, making sure the measurements are right and the permits get sorted. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We usually have tea around four and talk about whatever project is on the desk. That's pretty much the daily routine for us at Team One Architects. We’re just local people doing a job we know how to do. We try to keep things moving along even when there are delays with materials or labor. It’s just the nature of the business around here. We’ve seen many houses go up from the ground up in this part of Kalyan.
