Our office is based in Thane, specifically in Room 302 of the Shreeyog Society in Kharegaon. It is a nice enough spot, away from the extreme rush of central Mumbai but still very much in the middle of all the growth happening in Thane. We’ve been here at Team One for a while now, and the office has kind of grown around us. It’s filled with all the usual stuff you’d expect—rows of computers, shelves full of folders, and a few dusty models of buildings we worked on years ago. We are a small team and we like to keep things straightforward. There isn't any big hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and get the work done. We deal with architectural designs and planning for various clients around Maharashtra. Most of our days are pretty routine, starting with some emails and then getting deep into the drawings. We try to be realistic about what we can do and we don't like to overcomplicate things with fancy words. If a design doesn't work, we just say so and try something else. Being in a society building like Shreeyog makes it feel more like a community than a cold business park. We know our neighbors and we know the local area well. It’s a decent place to work and we just try to do right by the people who hire us to help with their buildings. We keep things moving.
