Chola Saloon Beauty Palour

Our place is located on Padavatamman Koil Street in Padi, right across from the big Lucas TVS building. It’s pretty easy to find if you know that landmark. We’ve been running this saloon and beauty parlour for some time now. It’s a small shop, number 22/37, but we make the most of the space we have. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood here in Chennai. We do regular haircuts, styling, and basic beauty treatments that people need for their daily lives. It gets quite busy on weekends and during the wedding seasons when everyone wants to look ready for a party. The chairs are usually full then, and there's a lot of chatter. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we work and talk with the locals. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, but people don’t seem to mind much as they scroll through their phones or read a magazine. We just keep things moving and try to do a decent job with every client who sits down. The street outside can be a bit noisy with all the traffic heading towards the main road, but inside we just focus on the hair and skin work at hand. We handle everything from simple trims to more involved beauty work. It’s a local business and we’re happy to be part of the community here.
