Our shop is at Number 2/1 on the first floor on Gandhi Road. It’s in Tambaram West, right on Ranganathapuram First Street, across from the main landmarks. Being on the first floor means you have to walk up some narrow stairs, but it’s quieter up there away from the street level. We do a mix of everything here, hair, skin, and some spa treatments. It’s a busy place because Tambaram is always moving. We have several chairs and a separate section for the spa stuff. The tiles are white and we try our best to keep them shining, though the Chennai heat and dust make it a constant battle. We’ve got a team of four people who work here. We aren't some big brand; we are just local folks who know how to cut hair and do a proper facial. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of life here. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just listen to what the customer wants and try to get it right. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights, especially on Saturdays. We’ve been at this Tambaram location for a few years now. Most people find us because their friends told them about us. We just keep our heads down and work.
