You can find us at Shop No 4 in the Ashirwad Complex. We are right opposite Narayan Nagar and the Sagar Prabhat Industrial Estate. Being so close to the Western Express Highway in Katargam means it stays pretty noisy with all the trucks and cars going past. We have been here for a good amount of time. Our shop is a bit different because we carry steel kitchen items along with general gifts. It’s a practical mix. Most people around here need a new pot or a steel plate for their house, so they stop in. Then they might see something nice for a wedding gift and pick that up too. We spend a lot of time arranging the steel racks so things don't fall over. The shop is tucked into the complex, but the sign is clear enough. It’s not a polished place. There are boxes stacked in the corners sometimes when new stock arrives. We just do our own thing and help the customers who walk in. The industrial estate nearby brings in workers looking for sturdy items they can use every day. We open early because the highway gets busy fast. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out. We like the location even if the dust from the highway is a bit much. It’s a honest living. We don't do much advertising, people just know we are here in Katargam. We just want to provide what the local people need for their homes and families.
