Ratnam Industries

Our place is situated near Patwar Mandal in Umarda. It’s a quiet area mostly, except for the noise we make here at Ratnam Industries. We’ve been set up in this spot for quite a bit. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a workshop where things actually get done. We have machines running and people moving around all day. The floor is usually covered in scraps or dust from whatever we are processing. We started small, just a few of us trying to figure things out as we went along. Now we have a few more hands helping, but the vibe is still the same. We don’t spend money on marketing or big signs. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them where we are. We just focus on the daily tasks. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. If a customer has a question, they talk to the person who actually made the item. There’s no middleman or customer service desk here. You just walk in and find one of us. It’s practical work for practical people. We stay busy during the day and close up when the sun goes down. Umarda is a good community, and we like being part of the local landscape here near the Patwar Mandal. We don't have much time for fancy talk, we just keep the production moving so we can get home to our families.
