We operate out of Plot No. 346 and 350 in the Unity Industrial Estate. It’s right on the Udhana Sachin Main Road, which stays pretty busy with trucks and people moving things around. Being near Batliboi on the Navsari Road helps people find us, even if the industrial estate gets a bit crowded sometimes. We’ve been at this location for a while. Modern Metaalics Pvt. Ltd. isn't some giant corporation with a glass building. It’s more of a practical workshop where things actually get made. The noise from the machines is just part of the day here. Sometimes the dust gets in, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We have a small crew and most of the guys have been with us for years. We aren't big on fancy titles or long meetings. We just get the orders in and try to get them out on time. The main road can be a nightmare during the monsoon, but we manage. You’ll usually see a few of us standing outside near the gate during lunch. It's hot work, especially in the summer months, but it keeps us busy. We don't spend much on advertising because the work usually speaks for itself. It’s an honest living. The industrial estate has everything we need close by, so it makes sense for us to stay put here. Most days we are just focused on the metal and the machines.
