Laxmi Metals & Eng Company is situated right on Udhna Bhakti Marg, which is a pretty busy stretch of road. You can find us near the Omsai Medical shop, which is a good landmark if you are trying to locate our main gate. The yard is usually full of different metal scraps and industrial bits that we move around throughout the day. It gets quite dusty here, especially when the wind picks up off Law College Road. We have been operating out of this spot for a good while, dealing with all sorts of metal supplies and engineering scraps. There is always a truck idling outside or someone unloading heavy bars of iron. Our office is just a small room with a couple of chairs and a lot of old ledgers on the shelves. We don't spend much money on decorations because we are mostly out in the yard anyway. It is a physical job, and we go home pretty tired most nights. The traffic on Bhakti Marg can be a real headache in the evenings, but being near the medical store helps people explain where we are to the drivers. We see a lot of the same faces every week, mostly contractors and builders who need a specific piece of metal for a project. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts. We just weigh the metal, talk about the price, and get on with it for the customer.
