K.P. Steel

K.P. Steel is based in Bardoli, specifically on Station Road. You can find us right above the Oriental Bank of Commerce. It is a very busy area because the Jalaram Temple is just nearby, so there are always people and rickshaws moving around outside. We have a view of the street from our windows, which is nice when things get a bit slow. Being above a bank means we have to carry everything up the stairs, which can be a bit of a workout during a busy week. Our space is filled with samples and piles of documents because we deal with a lot of different steel products. We started this business right here in the village and post office area of Bardoli because it is where we grew up. We know most of the people who walk past our door. We do not use any fancy marketing tricks to get customers. Usually, people just see our name when they are going to the bank or heading toward the temple. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. It is a family-run operation, so there is always someone you can talk to directly. We do not have a big headquarters or a lot of staff, just us and the work we do every day. We like being part of the local community here in the Surat district and helping out our neighbors when they need steel.
