My name is Jugalkishor M Jindal and I run this business out of shop number 11 in the Saroli Model Township Shopping Center. It’s a decent-sized shopping center and there are always people walking by. Being at Saroli means we see a lot of locals every day. I’ve been here for a good while now, and the shop has become a regular part of my life. It’s not a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just a small place where I handle my daily business. I usually get in around mid-morning and stay until the evening. The shopping center has its own rhythm, with the morning rush and then the quiet spell in the afternoon. I spend a lot of my time organizing the space and talking to the people who stop by. Sometimes they just want to chat, and other times they are looking for something specific. I don't use any fancy systems; I just keep track of everything in my own way. The township is a growing place, so there’s always something new happening nearby. My shop is simple and functional. I don’t believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just me doing my work and trying to be useful to the folks who live around here. If you’re ever near the shopping center in Saroli, you’ll probably see me at number 11.
