Gopal Auto Garage

You can find us over near Swastik Cross Road 2, right off the main Varachha Road. This part of town is always moving fast, and so are we. The garage is a busy spot because there are so many people driving through here every single day for work. We spend most of our time under hoods or crawling around on the floor checking brakes and tires. It’s not a clean job, but someone has to do it to keep things moving. My father started this place years ago and now I’m the one mostly running things with a couple of boys to help out when it gets hectic. We see all kinds of vehicles, some brand new and some that probably should have been retired many years ago. We just do our best to get them running again. The tools are scattered across the benches, and there's always a half-finished cup of tea sitting somewhere. We don't really do any advertising or anything like that. Most people just see the sign when they're stuck in traffic or they've heard about us from a friend who got their car fixed here. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoons, so it gets hot inside, but we keep the fans going. It’s a simple way to earn a living, and we’re happy to be part of the community here. Just a local garage doing what needs to be done.
