Our place is in Surat, right in the 395007 zip code area. We've been operating out of this part of Gujarat for quite some time. Steel is what we do, and being in a city like this means there is always something going on. It’s a standard workspace, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time coordinating where the steel goes and making sure the logs are updated correctly. The office is usually filled with papers and the sound of phones ringing. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to stay busy and keep the accounts straight. Sometimes the weather here gets really humid, which makes the work a bit slower, but we manage. Most of the staff has been here long enough that we don't need to say much to get the job done. We just show up, see what's on the schedule, and start working through it. It’s basic, honest work. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. If the steel is there and the numbers match, then it’s a good day. That’s how we’ve always handled things here in Surat.
