Our office is located at I-1/63 in Nandniketan, right inside Ferrous Towers 1. Being here in Hazira means we are very close to where a lot of the actual industrial action happens. Surat is a big, busy city and this part of it is always moving. We spend our days looking at papers and talking to the guys over at the plant. It is a lot of steel business as you would probably expect from the name on the door. Sometimes the elevators in the tower are slow but we manage to get by. We have been at this specific address for quite some time now. It is a practical setup for us and it works well. We do not have much time for fluff or sitting around doing nothing. Most of us live nearby so the commute is not too bad unless the traffic gets really crazy in the evenings. We handle the paperwork and all the logistics side of things here. It gets noisy sometimes because of all the industry around us in Hazira. But you get used to that after a week or so on the job. We drink a lot of tea while we sort through the daily tasks and spreadsheets. It is not a glamorous job by any means but it keeps the steel moving. If you are looking for our unit, just ask the guard at the township entrance. Most of them know where Ferrous Towers 1 is.
