Our office is located at 1, Laxmi Narayan Row House in the Pal area of Surat. We are right near Pal Lake, which is a nice landmark for people trying to find us. We are also behind the L. P. Sawani School and near the Lake View Row House. It’s a good, quiet neighborhood to work in. We run the steel business from here and it’s been our base for quite some time. The row house setup is nice because it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and we keep all our files organized there. It’s a lot of work handling the steel requirements for this part of Gujarat. We spend a lot of time on the phone with clients and coordinating with the supply side. Pal has grown a lot since we first moved in. There are more shops and houses now, but it still feels fairly calm. We don't have any big signs or promotional materials. People usually know us because we’ve been around for years. We just focus on doing a good job and making sure the steel gets to where it’s supposed to go. It’s not a complicated way of doing business, but it works for us. We have a small team and we all know each other well. It’s a friendly atmosphere and we just get on with our work every day. We stay busy with the local orders.
