Essar Steel Limited

Our office is located at I4/6 in the Nandniketan Township. This is along the Surat-Hazira Road, which is pretty much the heart of the industrial zone here. Essar Steel Limited is a big part of the landscape around Hazira, and we’re the ones working on the ground in this specific unit. The township has its own way of life, and we’ve settled into it nicely. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between different buildings and making sure the numbers match up. We don’t have any polished speeches to give you. We’re just the staff that makes sure the day runs like it’s supposed to. The office is functional, with plenty of old folders and a few rickety chairs. We like it because it feels real. Surat can get incredibly humid, so we’re always grateful for a bit of shade. Working here means you see a lot of the same people every day, and we’ve built up a decent rapport with everyone in the township. We don’t use marketing jargon because we wouldn't even know where to start with that. We just do the work, answer the phones, and keep things moving. It’s a basic, honest way to earn a living in a very busy part of Gujarat. We’re just here doing our bit.
