Essar Steel Limited is located right on the main road, very near to the bus stand in a part of Surat that uses the 394270 pin code. It is a very busy spot because of all the buses coming and going at all hours of the day. Our office is set up C/O Hitendra Moti Ram Patel. It has a very local, neighborhood atmosphere here. You can see the commuters rushing to catch their buses right from our front door. We deal with steel, which means things can get a bit noisy and even a little messy sometimes, but that is just the nature of this business. The office itself is modest and functional. We have a few old wooden desks and some tall metal cupboards for all our various documents and records. It is very easy to find us because the bus stand is such a big landmark for everyone in this part of Surat, Gujarat. People are always passing by and peering in. We do not have any flashy marketing or big glowing signs. It is just the name of the company and our address on the wall. We work standard hours every day, though sometimes we have to stay a bit late if a particular shipment has been delayed on the road. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused on the tasks. It is a practical place for a practical business. We don't try to be anything we aren't.
