Our place is at 11-A, Milan Bunglow, which is right on Dumas Road in Surat. It’s a pretty well-known spot because the Valentine Mall is just opposite us. If you’ve ever tried to find a parking spot near the mall on a weekend, you know how busy it gets around here. The office itself is in a bungalow, so it has a bit of a different feel than a standard commercial block. We like it that way because it feels a bit more relaxed. Being on Dumas Road means we see a lot of people passing by all the time. The Surat sun is no joke, so we spend a lot of time indoors. Inside Essar Steel Limited, we keep busy with the orders and checking the inventory lists. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s the work we do. There’s a nice breeze sometimes coming from the direction of the coast, but mostly it’s just the hum of the air conditioner. We’ve got a small team here. We know the local shops and where to get a decent snack when the afternoon hunger hits. Most people who come by are regulars who have been dealing with us for a bit. We don’t have big flashy signs or anything like that. Just the name on the gate and the work we do inside. It’s a practical space for a practical business. We’ve been at this address for a good stretch now.
