D'E Coffee Cafe' Rino

If you find yourself on City Light Road, you’ve probably seen where we are. D'E Coffee Cafe' Rino is located right on Shir Krishna Line Road, number 41527. It’s a busy corner of the world, especially in the evenings when everyone is out walking and the lights are on. We spend a lot of time cleaning counters and making sure the machines are running right. It gets noisy with the grinders going and people talking over their cups. The smell of coffee is everywhere, which is something you just get used to after a few days of working here. We have some old chairs that have seen better days, but they’re comfortable enough for a quick sit. The light comes in through the front windows in a nice way during the late afternoon. We don’t have a massive menu or anything too complicated. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble, but that’s just part of life on Shir Krishna Line Road. We see all sorts of people come through those doors. Some stay for hours with a book, and others are in such a rush they barely say hello. We just keep the pots brewing and try to stay friendly. It’s a simple life running a cafe, even when it gets a bit hectic during the monsoon season when everyone wants to stay dry.
