Mobile Cafe

Mobile Cafe is situated right at number 20 on the road that connects Anand Mahal Road and Naroda Memco Road. It is a spot where people are constantly passing by on their way to work or heading back home in the evenings. We aren't a big franchise or a chain with matching uniforms and a complicated menu that no one understands. It is just a small, local place where we serve what we have available for the day. Most of the time, the shop is a bit loud because of all the traffic noise outside and the sound of people talking over their tea. We have a few simple tables and chairs, but they are just functional and aren't anything fancy to look at. People come in here to get a quick bite to eat or something cold to drink while they wait for their bus or finish up their daily errands in the neighborhood. We spend our entire day preparing simple food and trying to keep the place somewhat tidy for the next person who walks in. It gets very busy during the lunch hour and then things finally quiet down in the late afternoon. We don't have a marketing budget or any fancy signs, so we just rely on the people who walk by our door every day. The kitchen is quite small, and sometimes we even run out of certain items if the day is much busier than we expected. We keep it simple and keep it moving.
