Kiwi Soda

You will find us at 51/B on Motitalav Road. We are situated right across from the Vibrant Industrial Park. People often use the old Mahakali Rolling Mill as a landmark to find our gate. We are in the business of making soda. It is a small-scale production, nothing like the huge plants you see in the city. Inside the building, it’s mostly just the bottling equipment and some storage for the crates. It gets quite loud when we are running the machines, so we don't do much talking while the work is happening. The floor is usually a bit damp because we are always washing things down to keep it clean. We’ve been at this Motitalav Road location for a good while now. The industrial park across the street means there are always trucks and workers around. Sometimes the dust from the road is a bit of a nuisance. We are just a small crew here. My brother handles the deliveries and I stay back to manage the filling and the capping. We don't have any flashy advertisements or a sales team. We just sell our soda to the local shops and the small tea stalls nearby. It’s a straightforward business. We show up early, get the batches ready, and make sure the bottles are loaded. It’s a lot of repetition but it keeps us going. We just try to make a decent drink for the locals.
