Rana Vinod

Our place is at B-25 on Ring Road, right across from the Vanita Vishram Ground. It is a very easy place to find because the ground is such a big landmark in this area. We get a lot of dust from the road because of all the traffic, so we are always wiping down the desks. It is a bit of a constant battle. We have been here for years, and we have seen the area change quite a bit. Despite all the new buildings popping up, we have stayed put in our little corner. Rana Vinod is the one who keeps everything organized and running. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who know the routine and get along. The office is full of old folders and a few plants that we try our best to keep alive. We do not have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just focus on showing up on time and doing what needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work, and other times we head out early if things are quiet. It is a flexible way to live and work. We appreciate the people who come to see us and we try to treat everyone fairly. It is a basic operation on Ring Road, nothing fancy, just honest work that pays the bills.
