Safalchasi Producer Company Limited is situated in Talbandh Pada. We are set up care of Biseswar Bhandargharia, who is the son of Gobinda Bhandargharia. The name "Safalchasi" means successful farmer, and that’s what we focus on every day. Our office is simple, with just the essentials—some desks, chairs, and a cupboard full of agricultural records. The atmosphere is very informal. You’ll often find us sitting around talking with local farmers about the challenges they’re facing. There’s always someone coming by to ask a question or share some news about their fields. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and talk to whoever is there. The Bhandargharia family has been here for a long time, so most people in the pada know exactly where to find us. It gets a bit noisy when there’s a festival or a market day nearby, but we don't mind. We are just trying to help the local farming community thrive. It’s practical, everyday work.
