In Ward No-10 of Laikera, you will find us working under the name Graming Kisan Bikash Producer Company Limited. It’s a small operation, mostly run by people who have lived here their whole lives. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. Instead, we meet up where the work is happening. Farming in Laikera is a steady job, but it can be tough when you are on your own. That is why a bunch of us decided to pull together. We spend our days looking at the weather and making sure the crops are getting what they need. There’s no secret to what we do. It’s just showing up every morning and putting in the hours. The town is quiet, and that suits us just fine.
