Usathi Utpadak Producer Company Limited

We are set up at Khata No. 1417, specifically Plot No- 304/253 in the Balisankara area. It’s a bit of a walk to get to our office near Talsara, but it’s right where we need to be. Usathi Utpadak Producer Company Limited came together because we realized we could do more if we worked as one group. The office number is 2329/4044, but it’s really just a place to keep the books straight. Most of our time is spent out on the land. Balisankara has its own way of doing things, and we try to stick to that. We don’t have a lot of expensive equipment, so we rely on each other a lot. The sun gets pretty hot out here, but there is always a bit of shade to sit in when we need a break. It isn't a fast-paced life. We plant, we wait, and we harvest. Sometimes the crops are great, and other times we just have to try harder next time. We aren't fancy people. We’re just local folks who know how to grow things. If you come by, you won't find any receptionists or shiny signs. You'll just find some tired farmers trying to figure out the best way to get through the week. It’s honest work, and we are glad to be doing it together. We don't talk about missions or visions, we just talk about the next harvest and how to keep the bugs away. It's just a simple life here.
