Mahila Dairy Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out in Domposh, Gyanpalli. That’s in Sundargarh. We are located at Bipin Majhi’s place. This is a dairy group, so a lot of our life revolves around the cows and the milk collection. Sundargarh is a quiet place mostly, and our spot in 769042 is right in the middle of it all. We don't have a big corporate office. Our meetings usually happen in a room with a few chairs and a lot of milk cans sitting outside. It’s a women’s group, and we take care of the business side of the dairy. Every morning is a bit of a rush with the milk coming in. We check the quality and write everything down in our registers. It’s not a high-tech operation; we use pens and paper for most things. Sometimes the weather makes it hard for the milk to get through, but we do our best to keep things moving. We aren't looking to become some giant brand. We just want to make sure the families here get paid for their hard work and that the milk is handled properly. It’s a simple life, focused on the animals and the community. We work hard, we talk a lot, and we try to keep things as honest as possible. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done. We stay busy with the cows and the buckets every single day of the week.
