New Look Hair Cutting Saloon

Located at the Main Chowk in Rainawari we are right near the old Kathidarwaza gate. This is a busy part of Srinagar and our shop New Look Hair Cutting Saloon is right in the middle of it all. It is a small place with just enough room for a couple of people to get their hair cut at the same time. The building is a bit old like most things in this area and you can hear the sounds of the street constantly coming through the door. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything just a simple place for the local men to come in. Most of our customers are people who have lived in Rainawari their whole lives. They come in for a quick trim or maybe a shave if they have somewhere important to go. We keep a few old newspapers around for people to read while they wait their turn on the bench. It’s not the kind of place where you get a fancy styling or anything like that. We just use the basic tools and try to make sure everyone is happy with how they look. The winters are tough here so we have a small heater to keep the place from freezing up during the long days. It is a simple business and we just take it one day at a time serving the people who walk past our door every day. We don't ask for much more than that.
