Bubloo Beauty Salon is down in Nawa Kadal, specifically in the Jamallata neighborhood of Srinagar. It’s one of those places where everyone knows everyone else. The shop itself is quite modest. We have lived and worked in Srinagar for a long time, and Nawa Kadal is a place that feels like home. The salon is just a small part of the daily grind. We start in the morning and stay until the evening light starts to fade. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we are happy to be part of the neighborhood here.
